Bogd Khaan Palace Museum

Used to be a winter residence of the last Bogd Khaan of Mongolia, Javzandamba… The palace compound was built between 1893 and 1903, and is well known for it's Gate of Peace, Temple and personal library of Bogd Khaan.

      

     Jackie had mushrooms growing on her head after visiting the museum’s souvenir shop. Nice piece of kit.
