Kids we met…

The little ones who are ever so Natural…

always bagged with endless energy and curiosity.

Met him at the service station when our van had a flat tyre.

When hunger strikes…

Mongolian salted milk tea

  Mongolian Dumpling stuffed with minced mutton

Fried noodle again, veggie / mutton omelette with rice

Noodle soup with jerky (mutton & horse?). Think there were pieces of liver too.

The entrails of the goat (boiled innards) that were thankfully not served to us.

 















Milk heated and left for several hours to form the clotted layer on top - nice if eaten with sugar.




A change from days of meaty Mongolia cuisine, we went for Korean food.
